Because immature Lakers fans think that by talking about their chances that they're just destined to win. They have the most popular player in the world so theres gonna be alot of fans and alot of hype. Its so funny to me, anyone who says something bad about them gets tons of thumbs down and the dumbest pro Kobe comment gets the thumbs up. Lakers fans have a skewed sense of basketball reality. Its not who you want to win its just whoever wins. Kobe openly demanded a trade at the begenning of this season and all is forgiven. He got rid of Shaq, all is forgiven. SUBSTANCE OVER HYPE PERIOD. SPURS-LOVE TO HATE US.

It wouldn't be that way if it weren't for the haters. As a Laker fan, I've got no problem talking about the NBA in general, and other teams specifically. But the haters want to draw you into a debate over your right to root for your team in your city. I know this is suppose to be Answers forum, but again, it's the haters who have turned it into a trash talk site.
